Breakfast at Ruiz was started in honor of our late mother and Grandmother Carmen Ruiz. We wanted our local community to be able to enjoy a delicious Sunday brunch inspired meal any day of the week in a great hospitable environment. Rather our guests are enjoying a cup of coffee and one of our signature breakfast sandwiches at our full service bar or enjoying our delicious mimosa flight with friends, Breakfast at Ruiz is a brunch spot that everyone can enjoy.

I am one of those people who takes breakfast very seriously and when I tell you, this place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect. Everything about my experience was great.

Breakfast at Ruiz is wonderful! The shrimp and grits are amazing! The Guava Margarita is a must try!! This restaurant has the best mimosas in town, please be sure to try the blueberry, watermelon, and pineapple.
